WHAT TO EXPECT

FIRSTLY I'D LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU FOR BOOKING WITH ME AND I LOOK FORWARD TO OUR UPCOMING SESSION. THE BELOW INFORMATION IS COMPRISED OF A FEW HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS AND SESSION SUCCESS TIPS.

HOUSE KEEPING

RETAINER : 25% of your package price is required upfront to reserve your date. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. This fee covers initial communication, planning, location scouting and block off a specific time frame for your session.

NO SHOWS: Please be mindful that when I block off a time spot for you, we are holding that spot for only you. Therefore, we are not able to schedule someone else. Should you choose not to communicate with me and not to show up on the day of your session your retainer will be forfeited and we will not be rescheduling. All cancellations must be approved prior to your session time.

RESCHEDULING: I understand that we are all human. People get sick, things go wrong, but if you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give me at least 48 hours notice. If you happen to fall ill on the day of your session, please reach out sooner rather than later. I will do my best to accommodate your request. Please note, that not all rescheduling requests will be approved and that only approved rescheduling requests with notice will allow the retainer to be carried over to the rescheduled session.

LATE ARRIVALS: Please plan ahead to get to your session on time. I understand that getting the kids and everyone out the door on time can be a stressful, but if you are running behind, please call me. If, however, you are more than 30 minutes late without notifying me, you will forfeit your retainer and our session will be deemed cancelled. If I am late, I will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.
